The purpose of this position is to lead and manage the QBCC's Building inspectors within the Building and Technical Inspectorate delivering building disputes services and supporting the function of the Queensland Home Warranty Scheme.  
The position supports the regulatory function of the QBCC ensuring the maintenance of proper building standards to achieve a reasonable balance between the interests of consumers and contractors through the delivery of state wide inspection, dispute resolution, and technical advisory services to external and internal stakeholders.

The QBCC is relocating at the end of 2025 from West End to Ann Street, Brisbane CBD
