What your day will look like….
As the administrative support at The Oaks Residential Aged Care Facility, you'll manage reception duties, coordinate appointments, and assist residents, families, and staff with warmth and professionalism. You'll keep systems and documentation running smoothly, from data entry and meeting minutes to financial processes like receipting and banking. With your attention to detail and calm efficiency, you'll help create a safe, well-organised, and welcoming environment every single day.
