Step Into Your Next Chapter:
- Check daily rolls and run attendance reports.
- Send SMS or contact families about absences.
- Update and maintain accurate attendance records.
- Work with teachers, support staff and leadership to follow up on students who are away often.
- Provide admin support for the school office when needed.
- Help us spot patterns in attendance and connect families with the right supports.

What You Bring:
- Great communication skills - you'll be talking with parents, carers, and staff every day.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail - accurate records really matter.
- Confidence with computers and databases (we use OneSchool and ID Attend).
- A team player who enjoys working with others to get the job done.
- Experience in a school environment, especially with attendance or admin systems.
- Familiarity with programs ID Attend and OneSchool.
- An understanding of how to support students and families who may face barriers to attending school.
