Are you a clinical leader passionate about advancing patient care in general medicine? Join our dedicated team at QEII Jubilee Hospital and lead the delivery of safe, high-quality nursing care across our six medical wards.
- Provide expert clinical consultancy and leadership across general medicine nursing services.
- Support and educate nursing staff to ensure evidence-based, person-centred care.
- Lead service improvement, innovation, and quality initiatives aligned with patient outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team to optimise operational effectiveness and patient care.
About you:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated nurse who thrives in a leadership role and is committed to delivering exceptional care and fostering professional growth.
- Registered Nurse with AHPRA and demonstrated advanced clinical knowledge in general medicine.
- Proven ability to lead, educate, and mentor nursing staff within a complex clinical environment.
- Strong commitment to continuous improvement, research, and evidence-based practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, patient-focused approach.

The Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Hospital (QEII) is a medium metropolitan adult facility providing a range of inpatient and outpatient services including a 24-hour Emergency Department. We provide a range of services, including surgery, cardiology, endoscopy, orthopaedics, gynaecology, urology, geriatric, respiratory and emergency medicine.
We're making our hospital bigger and better to make it easier for our growing community to get the health care they need. We'll have more beds, medical wards and expanded intensive care and emergency services planned to be opened by 2027.
