Administration Officer - Yarrabilba State School

Yarrabilba State School has a unique opportunity for an Administration Officer for four full days per week. As the successful candidate you will be responsible for all finance accounts payable invoice data entry, payment of suppliers, ordering and corporate card management as well as general office tasks.
This position is being offered in a Temporary Part-Time capacity (0.08FTE), 58 hours per fortnight over four full days per week.

As the successful candidate you will be responsible for all finance accounts payable invoice data entry, payment of suppliers, procurement compliance, ordering, sourcing quotes and corporate card management as well as general office tasks.
Prior knowledge with accounts payable using the OneSchool/Agresso platform is beneficial but not an essential requisite for this position.
