About the work unit / facility:

Homeless Health Outreach Team

The HHOT provides mental health and dual diagnosis services to individuals experiencing homelessness or unstable housing. The team works across crisis accommodation, shelters, and rehabilitation settings, offering outreach and shared care with other homelessness agencies.

Competitive salary and benefits:

We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.

  • Salary range: $3030.00 to $4453.50 p.f. (HP3)
  • Annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
  • 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
  • Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available

About your opportunity:

Deliver comprehensive mental health assessments, case management, and interventions. Provide clinical education and contribute to service development within a supportive team.

All employees of the Mental Health Service Group may be required to work in other areas of the Service.

Requirements:

  • Mandatory: Degree in Occupational Therapy and registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia.
  • Class C driver's licence required.
  • This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease Risk Role. VPD compliance mandatory.
