An exciting opportunity exists for a Nurse Manager Informatics Rostering to join the Intergrated Workforce Management Program (IWFM). The Nurse Manager Informatics Rostering IWFM has responsibility for leading the program of work which reviews, supports, and drives improvement initiatives in rostering practices across all staffing groups within the SCHHS. This position has an advanced level of professional and operational autonomous decision making in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team and is responsible for enacting strategies that support a positive work-based culture. The successful applicant will possess advanced problem solving and critical thinking attributes that will assist in the application and evaluation of contemporary nursing/midwifery practice and theory.

The Nurse Manager Informatics Rostering IWFM has responsibility for leading the program of work which reviews, supports, and drives improvement initiatives in rostering practices across all staffing groups within the SCHHS.

The Integrated Workforce Management Program (IWFM) is an ICT enabled business change through integrated real-time electronic rostering and time and attendance management.
The Nurse Manager Informatics Rostering IWFM reports to the Nursing Director Workforce & Nursing Informatics.
Sunshine Coast Health is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south and Gympie in the north.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Works collectively to apply the principles of clinical governance.
- Applies professional and clinical expertise in collaboration with nursing and midwifery and multi-disciplinary stakeholders.
- Responsible for enacting strategies that supports a work-based culture that promotes and supports education, learning, research and workforce development.
- Adhere to defined service quality standards, health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being understand to ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces.
Remuneration value up to $164 212 p.a., comprising salary between $132 562 - $143 924 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (NGR7). Applications will remain current for 12 months. Please note: only applications from candidates will be accepted (applications that may result in an agency fee will not be considered).
