Resources Safety & Health Queensland (RSHQ) is seeking an experienced Service Operations Lead to join our Information and Communication Technology (ICT) team.

As part of the ICT team, this role will work closely with a small team of highly motivated professionals, and we are looking for you to bring your knowledge and experience to participate in all aspects of our digital transformation.

This is your opportunity to provide leadership to a maturing IT Service Management capability, being involved from the very beginning of our journey. You will be supported to establish the frameworks that will make a real difference to our team members whose work will be directly and positively impacted by the outcomes you achieve for RSHQ.

The right candidate will provide leadership across IT Service Management, making it their own and shaping how this capability matures over time.

Reporting to the Technology Infrastructure Manager, the Service Operations Lead is responsible for ensuring effective operations of digital, information and technology services, aligned to the ITIL framework. The role is an escalation point for incident and request management and a key interface for the business, ensuring that operational requirements are prioritised and addressed in accordance with business needs and best practice.
