About you:
In your new role you will……
- Provide effective communication, consultation, and negotiation throughout the Day Withdrawal service to ensure the involvement of stakeholders.
- Effectively manage self and in collaboration with AOD Services Clinical Nurse Educator and other Clinical Nurse Consultants, develop staff to enable fulfilment of role responsibilities. Co-ordinate and provide specialist training and professional development activities to staff working with people with alcohol and other drug problems.
- Operationally lead and coordinate quality improvement and evidence-based practice activities at team leader level to ensure the provision of quality, cost-effective nursing services.
