Wide Bay Mental Health and Specialised Services invites experienced clinicians to join our Community Engagement Team in Bundaberg or Hervey Bay Hospitals. This senior role focuses on providing expert mental health assessment, intervention, and support for infants and their families, promoting healthy development through early intervention. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams and community partners, delivering evidence-based care and contributing to program development and quality improvement. Your opportunity:
- The purpose of this role is to deliver Occupational Therapist, Psychologist or Social Worker services within Wide Bay Infant Mental Health services. This includes:
- Delivering high quality evidenced based Infant Mental Health clinical services to infants and their family/carers, providing specialised clinical and consultancy within Wide Bay Mental Health and Specialised Services (WBMHSS) as part of the Community Engagement Team.
- Contribution to the advancement of quality Infant Mental Health services and optimal patient care, through provision of service development, quality improvement, and clinical education.
- Monitoring and reporting on work practices and outcomes, including initiating, planning and evaluating relevant quality and research initiatives.
- Providing supervision and training to less experienced (HP3) clinicians, students and to Allied Health Assistants (AHA's).
Permanent Full Time (76 hours p.f.) or 2 x Permanent Part Time Positions (38 hours p.f.)

Our offer:
You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $157,360 p.a., comprising salary between $128,169 - $137,918 p.a. (f/t), or remuneration package value up to $78,680 p.a., comprising salary rates $64.64 - $69.56 p.h. (p/t), employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP4) (Permanent Full Time, 76 hours p.f. or 2 x Permanent Part Time Positions, 38 hours p.f.)
