What you'll do
- Assist in the planning and delivery of Digital Services activities, with particular emphasis on capacity and work package monitoring
- Participate as an effective team member and work collaboratively with other team members and stakeholder groups to achieve project
- Assist in financial forecasting and planning activities by providing relevant financial data and insights.
- Monitor individual work packages by tracking expenditures against allocated budgets, ensuring funds are used efficiently and according to the approved work package plans.
- Proactively identify risks to work package and participate in discussions with key stakeholders on critical issues and risks that may impact upon the successful implementation of activities.
- Manage, monitor and report to the Senior Director on work progress and implement best practice guidelines to ensure consistent and quality outcomes are achieved on assigned activities.
About you
We are searching for someone who has:
- Ability to plan and monitor works across multiple teams, demonstrate flexibility and implement team strategies to facilitate team delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the planning and delivery of activities.
- Project management skills to plan and determine priorities and monitor and report progress to ensure deadlines are met.
- Understanding of appropriate project management methodologies (preferably PRINCE2).
- Understanding of AGILE practices (example SCRUM, KANBAN
- Proven effective negotiation, consultation, facilitation, written and oral communication skills for use in a complex environment.
