Your new role:
As a Car Park Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for Redlands Hospital car parks, delivering excellent customer service and supporting daily operations, including:
- Manage all car park enquiries, including telephone, reception and concession queries, providing accurate and empathetic information to patients, visitors, and staff.
- Support the functionality and maintenance of car park equipment, including boom gates, ticketing systems, and other infrastructure.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as staff passes, mail distribution, reporting, and data management to ensure smooth car park operations.
- Maintain a safe, efficient, and welcoming car park environment, addressing complaints, resolving equipment issues, and ensuring presentation standards.
