What Your Day-to-Day Could Look Like

As the Advisor (Document Controller), you'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of the New Albion Station project by managing and streamlining document control processes. Your day might include:

  • Coordinating the review and approval of project documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintaining workflows and managing data sources such as Team Binder, MS Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Ensuring all project documents are securely stored and accessible in line with TMR and Queensland State Record Keeping Policies.
  • Supporting project teams by providing timely and accurate information, and assisting with the preparation of reports, correspondence, and briefing notes.
  • Continuously improving document management systems and processes to enhance efficiency.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about supporting major infrastructure projects. To thrive in this role, you'll need:

  • A collaborative mindset and a commitment to understanding the needs of your team and stakeholders.
  • Respect for legislative and policy frameworks, with a consistent approach to compliance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Teams, and experience with document management systems.
  • The ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
