About your opportunity:

In this position you will:

  • Oversee complex case management, industrial relations, and employee relations functions, ensuring compliance with legislative, industrial, and policy frameworks and fostering early intervention approaches.
  • Provide high-level advice to the Executive Leadership Team, line managers, and stakeholders on complex workforce matters, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Drive improvements across the whole function to position CHHHS as an employer of choice.
  • Lead the implementation of service improvement initiatives, including the adoption of streamlined workflows, self-service platforms, and consistent service standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with senior health service leaders, unions, regulatory bodies, and external providers, promoting collaborative problem-solving and positive professional and industrial relationships.
