About the Role:
- Collaborate with teachers and specialist staff to identify student needs and connect families with essential services, including health and developmental supports.
- Provide targeted assistance to vulnerable children from diverse backgrounds, including First Nations students, children with disabilities, and those in care.
- Support families to strengthen their capacity to enhance their child's learning, wellbeing, and ongoing school engagement.
- Advocate for children and families to address needs and improve learning outcomes.
