This role will provide the opportunity to progress your HR career by providing an opportunity to build a broad set of HR skills and capabilities. You will be providing advice, HR consultancy and support services to management and staff across a full range of human resources matters including:
- HR legislation, policy, procedures and processes
- Recruitment and selection
- Performance and development Employee relations
- Workforce planning
- Job analysis and evaluation
- Work health and safety
- Payroll and entitlements related issues.
• Undertaking research and analysis to develop advice, policy, procedures and strategic documents relating to complex employment matters which support business operations and facilitate continuous improvement.
• Facilitating the resolution of complex employee relations issues through the provision of effective support, through case management and workplace interventions.
• Undertaking HR projects, including research and preparation of associated reports, submissions and correspondence, and implement agreed outcomes.
• Providing relevant data, accompanying analysis and reports to support business initiatives and employee management including establishment management.
• Actively participating as a team member to build and sustain positive working relationships with team members and clients and to promote a positive culture which emphasises quality client service delivery.
