About the Role:
- Leading diverse teams, driving service delivery excellence, and promoting continuous improvement.
- Managing human resources, including recruitment, training, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Developing, monitoring, and advising on the school's budget to ensure compliance and effective resource use.
- Overseeing facilities and project management, including maintenance, renovations, and contractor negotiations.
- Building networks with staff, community representatives, and other Business Managers to uphold best practices.
