As the Accounting Support Officer, you will be a part of the Finance and Business Administration Team.
This team is responsible for managing the financial functions of Protective Services Group, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, customer accounts, travel, procurement support and administration functions.

As the Accounting Support Officer, you will be a part of the Finance and Business Administration Team.
This team is responsible for managing the financial functions of Protective Services Group, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, customer accounts, travel, procurement support and administration functions.
Your key accountabilities
The core capability requirements for this role are:
• Provide business and accounting support to the Protective Services finance team in relation to accounts payable, banking support services, and corporate card administration.
• Prepare or verify vouchers and other documentation to process financial transactions in accordance with financial policies and procedures.
• Liaise with internal staff and external organisations including vendors and customers in relation to business and accounting support matters.
• Retrieve data from the accounting system to prepare reconciliations or reports for management using word processing, spreadsheets or financial management software.
• Contribute to the development, implementation and review of systems, policies and procedures to support continuous improvement.
Role Requirements
Technical/ Operational/ Educational experience
• Previous experience using SAP or ExpenseMe Pro would be highly regarded.
• Previous experience in a customer facing or customer service environment would also be highly regarded.
