About the role
Join our Customer Support Team (CST) as a Customer Support Consultant (CSC) and play a pivotal role in empowering Queenslanders to navigate their financial affairs. As a CSC, you'll be the direct point of contact for our financial management customers and their support networks, providing vital support through inbound calls, preparing internal and external correspondence whilst also completing administrative tasks. Your primary focus will be to understand and fulfil the needs of customers requiring assistance with their finances, using your knowledge, empathy, and professionalism. Supporting staff in regional offices, you will be required to engage with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve customer-focused outcomes.
