Your new role:
You will contribute to the delivery of psychology services across diverse clinical settings while accessing exceptional supervision, training and professional development opportunities. Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering psychology services including clinical assessment, patient education, intervention and discharge planning within a multidisciplinary team.
- Participating in professional development, training and supervision to enhance clinical practice knowledge and skills.
- Supporting the education and supervision of students, allied health assistants and junior staff, with guidance from senior clinicians.
- Contributing to quality improvement and service development activities to support evidence-based, patient-centred care.
About you:
We are seeking motivated, compassionate and committed psychology graduates who are ready to begin their professional journey with the support of an established graduate program. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- A passion for delivering safe, high-quality and evidence-based psychological care to consumers within addiction and mental health services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with consumers, carers, interprofessional colleagues and external stakeholders.
- A commitment to ongoing learning, clinical supervision and professional development to grow your practice and skills.
- The ability to contribute to student education, team collaboration and continuous service improvement initiatives.
