-Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain professional, respectful, and confidential relationships with key stakeholders, including the Attorney-General and Director-General's offices, to ensure effective service delivery.
- Workflow Management: Oversee office workflow, driving a culture of excellence in service delivery, including preparing and coordinating reports, submissions, briefing notes, legal advice, and memoranda.
- Diary and Scheduling: Manage the Crown Solicitor's diary, organise appointments, meetings, and events, and provide necessary briefing materials.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries for the Crown Solicitor.
- Secretariat Duties: Provide administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team of Crown Law.
- RTI and Privacy Requests: Coordinate Right to Information (RTI) and Privacy Unit search requests and maintain the RTI register.
- Billing Management: Handle the billing process for the Crown Solicitor's office.
- Record Keeping: Ensure proper record-keeping practices, including retention, archiving, and disposal activities.
- Process Improvement: Develop and maintain procedures and guidelines to enhance office operations.
- Other Duties: Perform additional duties as directed, adhering to professional standards and organisational goals.
