Join us as a Change Lead in the Integrated Workforce Management (IWFM) Program, where you’ll play a vital role supporting the delivery of large-scale ICT enabled business change projects. Based on-site within the implementing facility, you will build change capability by mentoring staff, while fostering strong stakeholder engagement and supporting end users to ensure successful, sustainable implementation. What you'll do: 

  • Lead the change management implementation activities to ensure a successful transition and an improved workforce management approach and business model.
  • Work collaboratively with IWFM Central Business Transformation team and the allocated Change Management Specialist in the establishment of new or changed business processes.
  • Lead the communication and engagement activities with key stakeholders to support and enable successful delivery of a business change management program.
  • Deliver IWFM Program strategies and program collateral (documents, toolkits etc.) to effectively implement, reinforce and sustain business change.

About you

We are searching for someone who has: 

  • Experience and expertise in change management/business transformation change management.
  • Successful leadership of workforce management transformation activities including benefits realisation, stakeholder engagement, communications and training, within a large, complex organisation-wide project environment.
  • Excellent change planning, analysis, interventions, resistance management, conceptualisation and problem solving skills.
  • Significant experience in the documentation, implementation and evaluation of business change activities in a large scale complex project environment.
  • Expert level stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including the ability to engage, influence and connect with others.
