Step Into Your Next Chapter:
As Deputy Principal, you will play a key strategic leadership role, reporting directly to the Principal and driving initiatives that enhance student pathways, strengthen partnerships, and support the expansion of sustainable, high-impact courses. You will lead special projects, ensure compliance with RTO standards, and develop programs that align with student needs and future opportunities. Your leadership will reflect a strong commitment to educational equity, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage complex demands in a dynamic educational environment.
Responsibilities Include:
- Lead strategic planning initiatives to align educational outcomes with the school's vision, including overseeing innovative programs and long-term goals
- Drive the development and implementation of the VET HUB, ensuring it meets industry needs, supports student engagement, and fosters career readiness
- Ensure sustained compliance with all regulatory and quality assurance standards, including those set by educational authorieies and RTO frameworks
- Build and grow strategic partnerships with training providers, stakeholders and community organisations to enhance learning opportunities and resources
- Oversee special projects and develop tailored student pathways including vocational and academic streams, to support diverse learner aspirations and post-school success
