What you'll do 

  • Coordinate and implement project business change activities, including business change management, stakeholder engagement activities, communications, and training.
  • Undertake risk and issues identification, assessment and mitigation activities by ensuring risks and issues are documented, reviewed and escalated as appropriate.
  • Support the delivery of integrated solutions, engagement and communications by effectively working across project implementations.
  • Develop and deliver business change management activities to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of project initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with and between key stakeholders.

About you 

We are searching for someone who has: 

  • Experience in a project environment, including planning, risk management, reporting, and an ability to plan and coordinate the delivery of specialised work packages.
  • Experience in business change management and an ability to provide sound advice.
  • Ability to develop and manage defined engagement, consultation, and communication channels and/or stakeholder groups, and facilitate the planning and implementation of change.
  • Demonstrated consultation, facilitation, written and oral communication skills for use in a complex program/project environment.
  • Analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills and a proven ability to work in a team environment.
