As the Physiotherapist – Senior you will deliver high level rural generalist physiotherapy services and clinical leadership to inpatients and outpatients as an active member of the multi-professional team. The position is based at Innisfail Hospital and outreaches through the Cassowary Hub. This position also provides clinical practice training and supervision of less experienced Physiotherapists, Allied Health Assistants, and students.

About your role:
- Independently deliver high level rural generalist inpatient and outpatient physiotherapy clinical services. This includes the ability to provide assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment interventions with complex clients as part of a multi-professional team, in accordance with prescribed professional and ethical standards.
- Work cooperatively and effectively by maintaining timely, respectful, and open communication (including accurate documentation and reporting) within multi-professional teams, with patients, their families/carers and other health professionals, supervisors, students and researchers as required.
- Deliver an efficient and effective physiotherapy service through independent day to day planning, service prioritisation, demand management, administration, and resource management.
