Lead the future of information management at Transport and Main Roads as the Director (iCARS Delivery & Integration).

In this senior leadership role, you'll drive the successful delivery of the transformative Information, Correspondence and Records Solution (iCARS) Project - an enterprise-wide solution set to uplift TMR's content management capability. You'll work at the forefront of change, providing strategic direction, building strong partnerships with senior leaders, enhancing departmental capability in readiness for the new enterprise solution.

As a visible sponsor and advocate for better information practices, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping TMR's maturity in enterprise content management and leaving a lasting impact across the organisation.

As Director (iCARS Delivery & Integration), you'll work with a high-performing project team and partner with leaders and subject matter experts across the Department to deliver meaningful organisational transformation. You'll represent the voice of the business through design, development, implementation and beyond, ensuringsolutions are practical, sustainable, and embedded across TMR. In this role, you'll provide expert advice to leaders and governance bodies, design and prioritise business-focused solutions, and advocate for robust information management practices that uplift capability across the Department. You'll also contribute as part of the Governance Branch leadership team, providing strategic direction and supporting the General Manager (Governance) on key activities and priorities.
