Nambour General Hospital
Join Sunshine Coast Health as a Clinical Nurse in the Acute & Restorative Care of the Elderly (ARC) Unit at Nambour General Hospital. In this specialised 42-bed sub-acute unit, you’ll lead and deliver advanced person-centred care for frail older adults and cognitively impaired patients, while also supporting younger patients with complex needs. You’ll practice autonomously, provide leadership in clinical decision-making, and assume professional leadership in the absence of the Nurse Grade 7. Working within a strong multidisciplinary team, you’ll contribute to geriatric evaluation, rehabilitation, and dementia care, driving practice improvements and embedding evidence-based approaches.
