Join Transport and Main Roads as a Project Advisor and help deliver one of the Department's most transformative initiatives - the Information, Correspondence and Records Solution (iCARS) Project. This exciting project will implement a contemporary Enterprise Content Management solution to uplift TMR's information, records, and correspondence management capability.
In this role, you'll provide essential coordination, advice, and project support to ensure delivery aligns with departmental strategies, frameworks, and governance. As a Project Advisor, you'll take ownership of critical project tasks - managing governance activities, schedules, deliverables, and artefacts in line with PRINCE2 principles. You'll provide secretariat support to the Project Board, ensuring decisions are well-informed and actions are tracked, while also driving collaboration by building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Your role will see you proactively identify and manage risks, facilitate resource coordination, and ensure the project team has the tools and support it needs to succeed. By modelling professionalism and ethical behaviour, you'll help embed a high-performance culture while contributing to the delivery of one of TMR's most important transformational projects.
