Support the delivery of an end-to-end client focused human resource service including recruitment and engagement to business areas in accordance with Children’s Health Queensland Hospital and Health Service policy and guidelines. This position will assist in the design and delivery of a range of recruitment strategies, initiatives, projects and transactional activities.

About the Role
- Provide quality tailored customer service across all stakeholders to positively represent Recruitment Services and to provide a professional and positive experience for Hiring Managers as well as internal and external candidates.
- Assist Hiring Managers with advice pertaining to shortlisting, preparing interview questions, and supporting the interview panel to engage the best candidate(s) for the position in line with CHQ HHS's culture, values and service needs.
- Supporting hiring managers to ensure compliance with pre-employment requirements.
- Help support a positive and professional transition of new employees through the on-boarding process through effective training and support of hiring managers.
- Work autonomously and provide efficient and timely client/customer tailored recruitment solutions.
- Assist with coaching and training of hiring managers in best recruitment practices such as behavioural and competency based and values-based recruitment and selection methods.
- Provide advice and assistance on a range of Human Resource and Industrial Relations matters including the application of Recruitment and Selection policies and procedures as well as relevant legislative and regulatory requirement
- Support and assist the Manager Recruitment in the design and delivery of a range of recruitment related projects and programs as require
- Assist with job evaluations in a timely and efficient manner.
- Utilise your experience in e-Recruitment systems that support efficient and effective recruitment activities.
- Coordinate and participate in the development and delivery of training programs, workshops and presentations on a range of recruitment related topics across CHQ HHS.
- Assist with continual process improvement initiatives as it relates to the provision of recruitment services.
