Your key accountabilities
The core capability requirements for this role are:
- Assist in the development, implementation and delivery of the maintenance program for the portfolio of QPS properties.
- Assist in the preparation of funding bids for maintenance and coordination of State-wide condition audits.
- Provide high quality customer service through the development and maintenance of strong relationships with stakeholders, client agencies, contractors and suppliers.
- Undertake property inspections/assessments and assist in developing solutions.
- Manage the delivery of maintenance projects, including scope development, engaging consultants and contractors.
- Support a positive workplace culture and operate as an effective team member.
