This is a dynamic role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to make a meaningful impact within a healthcare setting.

  • Deliver responsive and efficient administrative support across multiple locations and teams to ensure service continuity during planned and unplanned leave.

About you:

To succeed in this role, you will be someone who brings initiative, adaptability, and a strong commitment to patient-centred service delivery. You'll be comfortable working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

  • You have proven experience in administrative roles with strong skills in data entry, word processing, and scheduling systems - ideally in a health or clinical environment.
  • You are an excellent communicator with high-level interpersonal skills and the ability to engage confidently with diverse stakeholders.
  • You possess strong problem-solving skills and can manage competing priorities effectively, even in the absence of direct supervision.
  • You are a quick learner who adapts well to new systems and environments, with a flexible mindset and the ability to quickly integrate into new teams and workflows.

What we can offer you:

  • We offer a family-friendly work environment that supports you in making the most of Queensland's laid-back lifestyle.
  • We are renowned for teaching and research excellence with strong relations with Queensland's leading tertiary institutions.
