Join Transport and Main Roads as a Principal Project Advisor (Resource Management & Delivery Support) and play a key role in delivering the transformative Information, Correspondence and Records Solution (iCARS) Project. This high-profile initiative will implement a contemporary Enterprise Content Management solution to uplift TMR’s information, records, and correspondence management capability. In this role, you’ll provide vital operational and project management support - driving governance, resource coordination, and financial management to ensure delivery is efficient, effective, and aligned with departmental frameworks. At TMR, you'll join a forward-thinking organisation that values innovation, collaboration, and delivering projects that make a real impact for Queensland communities. As Principal Project Advisor, you'll take a lead role in managing the financial and resource aspects of the iCARS Project - overseeing invoicing, procurement, contractor engagement, and recruitment activities to ensure the project is well-supported and on track.

You'll play a key part in upholding governance and quality assurance requirements, coordinating project controls, and ensuring compliance with departmental frameworks and ICT governance. By building strong relationships with stakeholders, preparing high-quality project documentation, and providing expert advice to leadership, you'll help steer this significant transformation initiative to success. In this role, you'll not only model professionalism and ethical behaviour but also have the opportunity to grow your expertise while contributing to smarter, more connected ways of working across TMR.
