About the role
Permanent part time opportunity to facilitate the development and implementation of data driven projects of priority to the service, including continuous improvement initiatives. The role will work with Director – Research Strategy and Evaluation to establish data linkage, access and governance processes for the Metro North Mental Health (MNMH) Directorate and will conduct data analysis on specific projects provide advice and support to clinicians and researchers within the service on statistical processes and analyses.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Provide data informed insights to assist in continuous improvement planning for the service.
- Work with the Director – Research Strategy and Evaluation to develop data governance processes and systems and to facilitate data linkage and access for research and evaluation projects and other strategic priorities of the MNMH Executive.
- Provide leadership and support for evaluation data collection and management for specified research projects and strategic priorities including data capture, cleaning, and importing/exporting data from established and new databases/data sets.
- Provide leadership support to streamline and enhance data mapping across the service in order to leverage opportunities for more systematic and connected approaches to use of data.
