This position is being offered in a Temporary Part-Time capacity (0.40 or 0.60FTE), 29 or 43.5 hours per fortnight, unless otherwise determined.

About the Role

Red Hill Special School is seeking a proactive and organised Administrative Officer to support the daily operations of the school. Reporting to the Principal or Business Manager, this role involves a variety of administrative and support tasks in a dynamic and inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing reception duties, correspondence, student records, and enrolments.
  • Assisting with staff processes, including timesheets, rosters, and relief arrangements.
  • Handling financial tasks such as processing payments, invoices, and school financial data.
  • Coordinating transport, maintenance, and community bookings for school activities and facilities.
  • Preparing documents, reports, newsletters, and providing clear communication to stakeholders.

This is a temporary, part-time position (2-3 days per week), ideal for someone who thrives in a supportive school community.
