This opportunity is for someone who enjoys the rewards of making positive impacts on the lives of young students.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitor timesheets recording and signatories for support staff and teacher aides
- Under the direction Principal/DP/Business Manager, organise and manage supply and contract placements for both teaching and support staff including Tracer bookings; entering approved leave; maintaining the schools leave schedule.
- Provide a range of financial administrative activities including Accounts receivable and operations including data entry, assist in the management of payment plans and Centrepay.

- Strong interpersonal and “customer service” skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong computer skills
- Displays confidentiality, tact, reliability and sensitivity to staff, students and families
- Ability to work with minimum supervision to meet deadlines
- Experience in OneSchool and IDAttend will be highly regarded.
