About the Role:
In this role, you will:
- Manage the Strategic Initiatives and Innovation inbox.
- Play a key part in ensuring the quality, accuracy, and consistency of incoming briefs, reports and presentations.
- Provide expert advice and training to the larger team to support the preparation of high-quality written materials* bring sharp attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Include:
- Effectively drive the coordination of official correspondence within the business unit that meet rigorous requirements of accuracy, presentation and timeliness.
- Create and manage a correspondence system that can scale over time for the purpose of timely and high-quality delivery of correspondence
- Provide high quality support to Strategic Initiatives and Innovation through monitoring a range of written materials including briefings, reports, submissions, and responses in coordination with SME advice and direction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the priorities, operations and current issues for the department.
- Demonstrate initiative to organise, collate and coordinate information and prepare reports.
- Research, develop, implement, review and update policies and administrative systems to ensure compliance with agency standards, policies and procedures.
- Contribute to research, analysis and review of complex issues, identifying emerging issues, and developing evidence-based options and strategies, to ensure problems are resolved and risks are mitigated.
