  • Salary range: $3481.60 to $3835.70 p.f. (AO4)
  • 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
  • 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
  • Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available

About your opportunity

Manage and coordinate the daily functioning of the Townsville Hospital and Health Services Executive Director Digital Health and Knowledge and support the Executive Director to deliver client focussed executive management and achieve a high level of performance in a demanding executive environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role supporting a busy Executive role would be highly desirable.
  • High standard of administrative and organisational skills, and ability to prepare complex documents, agendas, minutes, briefs demonstrating advanced computer skills utilising the appropriate software.
  • Demonstrated contemporary experience in delivering process efficiencies through the innovative adoption of technology and systems.
  • Demonstrate a high level of communication, both written and verbal, negotiation and interpersonal skills in the management and support of a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Probation period may apply.
  • Pre-employment checks will be conducted.
