Your new role:
As Senior Supply Officer, you will support the effective operation of supply chain services at Logan Hospital. This role ensures timely distribution and management of clinical consumables and equipment to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes for patients and staff.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing receipting, storage, picking, packing, and delivery of goods.
- Supporting imprest storage areas, maintaining stock levels and order accuracy.
- Operating systems such as S4HANA to track, requisition, and report on supplies.
- Promoting safe work practices while providing responsive customer service.
About you:
We are seeking an organised and adaptable team player who thrives in a busy hospital environment. You will bring strong supply chain knowledge, attention to detail, and a focus on safety and service.
You will demonstrate:
- Knowledge of warehousing and distribution practices, or ability to acquire quickly.
- Good computing skills with experience in stock management systems (e.g. S4HANA).
- Effective teamwork and communication with colleagues, suppliers, and internal clients.
- Reliability, adaptability, and commitment to safe manual handling practices.
