About you:
In your new role you will:
- Assist in undertaking a range of administrative duties including data entry, scheduling appointments, record keeping and accurate data collection for reporting purposes using computer based programs, such programs include HBCIS and TRACCS.
- Liaise with clients, carers, health professionals and community agencies to ensure an effective, collaborative and multidisciplinary approach to the planning and coordination of client care.
- Maintain a working knowledge of and use office systems including word processing, spreadsheet applications, data base management and record keeping.
- Work within a multidisciplinary team and liaise with other staff regarding effective and efficient operations of the Home Care Service.
- Comply with and adhere to Queensland Health policies, procedures, standards and legislation relevant to the role and work area.
