What your day will look like….
You'll start by checking job queues and coordinating responses to ensure timely support across the service. From there, your day might include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing or maintaining ICT systems, or collaborating with colleagues on local tech projects. You'll contribute to data management, help shape operational standards, and offer practical advice to users who rely on your expertise. Whether you're solving a system hiccup or refining folder structures, your work will be grounded in empathy, respect, and a genuine desire to help others do their jobs better. Every task you take on helps keep our health services connected, secure, and running efficiently.
