What's involved – The Director of Nursing (Remote) is a Registered Nurse who can demonstrate advanced knowledge of contemporary nursing practice and theory.

To be successful, candidates will be a Registered Nurse who demonstrates:

• Competence in the provision of nursing care as specified by registration requirements, NMBA standards and codes, educational preparation, relevant legislation and context of care.
• Clinical expertise and proven operational management for remote area facility.
• Capacity to deliver health services across geographically diverse environments and population groups.
• Personal resilience to operate profressionally and to work collaboratively with internal and external staff and stakeholders.
• Provision of expert clinical care.
