As an Administrative Officer you will:
- In the context of the technology and information systems utilised by the Department provide quality services in word processing, spread sheeting and data input.
- Provide effective and efficient administrative services including processing orders and claims for payment, filing, record keeping, organising meetings, and collation of data and information specific to workgroup requirements.
- Operate office equipment associated with the position including multifunctioning printer, telephone systems, scanner and voice recording devices.
- Develop and maintain administrative and office procedures and systems to ensure the provision of quality administrative support services to Accommodation Support and Respite Services.
- Manage own workflow by negotiating priorities for work completion in consideration of the needs of other team members.
- Provide information and advice to internal and external Participants including members of the public and other officers regarding the services provided by the Section/Branch/Division.
- Enhance the local regional community by actively practicing and promoting excellence in service delivery and public administration and identifying opportunities for improving regional Participant service.
Your mandatory requirements:
