Competitive salary and benefits:
We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.
- Salary range: $107,960 to $115,604 p.a. (Nurse Grade 6, Band 1)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
- Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available
About your opportunity:
The clinical nurse in the Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) provides specialised, round-the-clock care to critically ill infants, children, and adolescents. The clinical nurse monitors, provides support and education on complex medical equipment, administration of medications and treatments, patient assessment, and collaborate closely with the PICU multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements:
- Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration (AHPRA).
- Possession of class C drivers' licence.
- Paediatric Advanced Life Support certificate.
- This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role. Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Tuberculosis.
- Probation period may apply.
- Pre-employment checks will be conducted including criminal history clearance.
