What you'll do
- Lead the design, implementation and evaluation of change management strategies, frameworks and plans to ensure successful adoption of project outcomes and sustainable business change.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on change management approaches, ensuring compliance with relevant legislative, industrial and organisational requirements.
- Undertake impact assessments, business readiness activities and risk analysis to inform change strategies, and the development of project artefacts including change plans, coaching plans, training plans, resistance management plans, sponsorship roadmaps and providing guidance and input into communication and engagement plans.
- Define and monitor success measures, reporting on progress and identifying trends, risks and opportunities that may influence change outcomes.
- Work in consultation with stakeholders to support the development, implementation and education of organisation-wide change frameworks, structures and processes, inclusive of technical and behavioural standards for a range of development processes.
- Identify and analyse risks that may impact projects, including the development of risk may impact projects, including the development of risk mitigation strategies and tactics to ensure the effective delivery of change requirements within agreed timeframes.
About you
We are searching for someone who has:
- Demonstrated experience and expertise in designing and leading organisational change strategies, impact assessments, stakeholder engagement and resistance management processes to deliver sustainable business outcomes in large, diverse and complex organisations with strict timeframes and budgets.
- Proven ability and experience in designing, developing and delivering training programs and resources that build workforce capability and enable smooth transitions during organisational change. This includes identifying learning needs, developing educational resources and evaluating training effectiveness.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse complex issues, identify risks and opportunities, define success measures and develop practical solutions that align with organisational priorities and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated high-level written and verbal communication skills with proven experience in communicating, facilitating, influencing and negotiating with a wide range of stakeholders, including unions, and build trusted relationships across all levels in a confident and professional manner.
