The Engagement team (Student Support branch) is focused on supporting children and young people to engage in education, training and employment.
We're looking for a Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary team
delivering governance, communications and project support across our engagement projects.
You will ideally have experience and expertise in governance and project management, and a collaborative working style.

Why this Role?
The Manager will provide high-level management and oversight of governance, communications and project support in the Engagement team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a small multi-disciplinary team providing communications and governance support.
- Developing and delivering high-level communications including reports and briefing materials for senior executives.
- Providing authoratitive and evidence-based advice and direction to senior leadership to inform program outcomes.
- Design systems, processes and solutions to support program implementation.
- Ensure that the reputation and interests of the departement are maintained and strong governance practices are applied across program areas.
- Proactively develop, analyse and monitor plans, perfromance outcomes and risks at program level to inform quality practice and improvement.
