About you:
In your new role you will……
- Batch scanning and validating patient documentation into ieMR (integrated electronic medical record), with a high level of attention to detail to ensure a quality patient record.
- Administer release of information in accordance with relevant legislation, policy and statutory requirements. This includes mid-level interpretation and communication of patient information contained within the medical record and other hospital information systems to authorised external enquirers.
- Investigate and resolve potential duplicate registrations for patient medical records, utilising hospital information systems and audit trails as reported by client directory, under the direction of the Health Information Manager.
