About the role

The purpose of this role is to provide leadership following established methodologies which align results with strategic goals to administrative services within the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital. This is a generic role description which will cover a variety and key accountabilities for AO4 level roles.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to frontline Administration team whilst supporting team rostering, leave and ensuring operational requirements are completed efficiently to meet business needs and service delivery.
  • Manage team performance, identify training requirements, coordinate staff development and manage improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate, lead and manage administrative activities and resources to provide efficient and effective utilisation of administrative services.
  • Coordinate and manage the workload priorities of the Executive team through diary and correspondence management, including appropriate tracking and deadline monitoring systems.
