An exciting opportunity exists for a Nurse Unit Manager to join our Endoscopy Procedure Suites. The Endoscopy Procedural Suites within SCHHS provides both elective and emergency services to outpatient and inpatients, across units at Sunshine Coast University Hospital and Nambour General Hospital.

Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS) is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south and Gympie in the north.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Undertakes operational leadership.
• Works collectively to apply the principles of clinical governance.
• Applies professional and clinical expertise in collaboration with nursing and midwifery and multi-disciplinary stakeholders.
• Responsible for enacting strategies that supports a work-based culture that promotes and supports education, learning, research and workforce development.

Remuneration value up to $164 212 p.a., comprising salary between $132 562 - $143 924 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (NG7). Applications will remain current for 12 months. Please note: only applications from candidates will be accepted (applications that may result in an agency fee will not be considered).
