About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Provide strategic leadership to drive strategic projects, including innovation, and service redesign, ensuring alignment with Metro North Health's strategic priorities and health equity goals and state-wide objectives.
- Foster key partnerships both within Metro North and across the wider Brisbane North area, including the Brisbane North Primary Health Network and the Institute for Urban Indigenous Health to support system-wide optimisation of healthcare delivery.
- Lead the design and delivery of strategic programs and projects that align with Metro North priorities and statewide health objectives.
- Implement strong governance practices to oversee partnership and program activities, ensuring transparency, compliance, effective contract management, and accountability for outcomes.
- Adhere to defined service quality standards, health and safety policies, and procedures to ensure high-quality, safe services and workplaces.
