Your new role:

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Physiotherapist (Women's, Men's, and Pelvic Health) to join the QEII Jubilee Hospital team. In this leadership role, you will play a key part in delivering specialist clinical services and advancing patient-centred care. You will:

  • Provide advanced clinical assessment and treatment for complex urogynaecological and colorectal conditions, including pessary fittings.
  • Lead the Physiotherapy Pelvic Health Clinic in collaboration with Gynaecology, Urology, and Colorectal Departments.
  • Offer clinical leadership, supervision, and mentoring to physiotherapists and allied health assistants.
  • Drive service improvement, research, and innovation in women's, men's, and pelvic health physiotherapy.

About you:

You are a dedicated and skilled physiotherapist who brings advanced clinical knowledge, leadership, and a passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. you will:

  • Hold tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration, plus post-graduate studies in advanced pelvic floor conditions.
  • Demonstrate advanced clinical expertise in women's, men's, and pelvic health physiotherapy.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with experience in multidisciplinary team environments.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage staff, while driving service innovation and evidence-based practice.

About us:

The physiotherapy department at QEII Jubilee Hospital includes approximately 35 FTE physiotherapists and 5 FTE physiotherapy assistants. It is part of a multi-professional service providing care to inpatients and outpatients. Inpatient services are provided in the geriatric, acute stroke, orthopaedic, general medical, general surgical, ICU and GEMRHITH settings. The physiotherapy department also provides a primary and secondary contact service in the emergency department. Outpatient services include musculoskeletal, orthopaedics, women's men's pelvic health, and vestibular.
